Changes in Skyware Global We are pleased to announce that the following individuals have joined Skyware Global (part of Global Invacom since August) on November 16, 2015. Andros X “Andy” Thomson joined Skyware Global as Chief Executive Officer. His prior position for the last 6.5 years was with EchoStar Technologies, where he served as the VP of Operations responsible for Manufacturing and Quality. Previous experience spans 30 years of Manufacturing, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Corporate Tactical Resources. Andy has run plant operations in Asia, Europe and North America. This includes electronic assembly through full product assembly to include metal fabrication. His experience includes 16 years in contract manufacturing in Commercial & Medical (14 with SCI Systems / Sanmina SCI), and 8 years Defense & Aerospace, (General Dynamics / Industrial Electronics Engineers). He has a BS degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and an AA degree from the College of Staten Island. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and also a Graduate of Naval Aviation Flight School (former Marine Helicopter Pilot). Andy holds a Commercial Instrument License for both Fixed Wing & Rotor Craft. Robert “Bob” Scott joined Skyware Global as Plant Manager. Bob has over 20 years in manufacturing management with his most recent role as that of Engineer. As a previous Raven Antenna Systems/Skyware Global employee Bob held roles as Plant Manager at the Raven Illinois facility and later VP of US Operations with Skyware Global. Bob proudly served in the United States Army for 24 years and achieving the rank of Sergeant Major. Gerald “Gerry” Adams joined Skyware Global as Director of Quality. Gerry is a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt and has been a Sr. Quality Executive for over 45 years. He has successfully worked with major companies such as Sanmina-SCI Corp, Tennessee Valley Authority and Texas Instrument Inc. Gerry has a Bachelor of Science in English and History and a Master of Arts in Technology from East Tennessee University; a Master of Business Administration in Industrial management and a Master of Management from the University of Dallas and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeast State Community College. William “Bill” Barnes joined Skyware Global as Director of Global Supply Chain. Bill has over 20 years of Operational Management experience with the last 10 years having direct responsibility for Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Bill’s most recent assignment was that of Senior Global Process Engineer. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in business Administration, majoring in Management of Technology from Athens State University.
