John Parfitt
Operations Director

John was appointed Operations Director for Invacom in 2003 having come from a Marconi/Channel Master background.  His experience is in heading up volume offshore manufacturing in complex LNB’s and RF switches.  

Leading large teams has focused his attention on improving efficiency and productivity across Manufacturing, Production Engineering and Quality.  John was appointed Operations director for Global Communications as well as Invacom in April 2006 and naturally migrated to become the Operations Director for Global Invacom in April 2008.

Ken Zaremski
Operations Director

Ken Zaremski was appointed Operations Director in Oct 2010. With over 30 years experience within Operations in either Multinational OEM’s or the global EMS sector Kens career started within Engineering in the telecoms industry. He has held major leadership positions within Avex Electronics, Foxconn, Motorola and Sun Microsystems. His previous experience of Global  and Technical operations, Supply chain development, Quality improvement and Change management are all within Ken’s role.
