Jeny Gray

Jenifer Gray joined Global Communications in February 2007 as Head of HR, being promoted to Human Resources Director in March 2010 . Jeny assumes responsibility for all Employee Relations, Reward, Compensation and Benefits, Employment Law, Recruitment & Retention and Training issues for the Company.
Jeny commenced her employment in the City of London working for companies such as Nat West Bank, TSB Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland before joining an international money brokers, taking up the challenge of establishing a personnel presence and recruiting a personnel team responsible for all UK HR disciplines, payroll and travel for the company.
Jeny left the City in 2000 and later joined an international retail company where she was again responsible for building a personnel team whilst developing and implementing companywide HR policies and procedures.
Jeny is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. |
