Formally Finance Director of Global Communications, Mark is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including Company Secretary Duties for Global Invacom.   

Mark joined Global Communications in 1996 as a newly qualified ACCA accountant, completed an MBA with the Open University and by 2001 he gained FCCA status.  Mark was already acting as finance director for Invacom (as well as Global Communications) during their formation and continued in the role right up to the merge of the two companies. Mark’s other responsibilities include managing the professional product arm of the company based at Althorne.
